Terms of use
Last updated: September 21, 2026
By using Chia Hóa Đơn, you agree to the terms below.
What Chia Hóa Đơn is
Chia Hóa Đơn is a shared book for a group: it records who paid for what, works out everyone's share and suggests who pays whom. It is free.
Chia Hóa Đơn does not hold or move money and is not a bank or e-wallet. A QR code only pre-fills the details so you can transfer in your own banking app.
Your account
You need a real email to sign in, and you are responsible for keeping it secure. One account per person; do not create accounts for others without their knowledge.
You must be 16 or older to sign up yourself.
The numbers in a book
Members enter expenses and confirm transfers themselves. We calculate exactly from what is entered, but cannot verify who actually paid what in real life.
Money disputes between members are between members. The group owner can close the book to freeze the numbers once everyone agrees.
Not allowed
Using the app for fraud, fake debts, harassing others, or storing unlawful information.
Attacking, scanning, bulk automated access, or trying to get around the system's limits.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules to protect other users.
The service
We work to keep the app running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features may change; if we remove one that is widely used, we will say so first.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the app, including from numbers entered incorrectly.
Stopping
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by emailing [email protected]. What happens to your data then is in the Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We update the date at the top when they change; continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the new version.
