Time Configuration

Frequency: Monthly Start date: 02/15/2026 End date: Unlimited (or specific date)

👥 Step 2: Add Members

Member Information

Account owner: Person who pays for the service Members: Participants (can add temporary members)

Split Methods

Note: The "Sponsor" split method is not available for Subscriptions.

💰 Step 3: Confirm and Create

Review Information

• Service name is correct
• Total amount is accurate
• Members are complete
• Split method is appropriate

🔔 Auto-Reminder Before Payment Period

The system automatically sends reminder emails 3 days before each payment period:

How it works:

• Runs daily at 09:00 AM
• Finds subscriptions due within 3 days
• Sends automatic reminder emails
• Sends for 3 consecutive days (3 days, 2 days, 1 day before due)

Email content:

• Days remaining until payment (e.g., "2 days left")
• Total amount and per-person amount
• List of debtors (for payer)
• Link to activity page

Email only: Currently only supports email notifications.

Note: Emails are only sent to registered members.
